01 Feb Kerry & Pete, Olive Rock
“I loved you then
I love you still
I always have
I always will” –unknown-
Kerry from Cape Town met Pete from the Eastern Cape met while studying at Rhodes University. The twist in the tale is that Kerry left her keys in Pete’s car on purpose so that she would have a reason to see him again.
Both of them are very family-orientated and have large groups of mutual friends. They were together ever since second year and decided to move to Cape Town together. Pete proposed on Lookout Beach in Plettenbergbay just before their trip to Southern Asia. Their picture perfect engagement led to an even better wedding at the beautiful Olive Rock.
The bride wore a Robyn Roberts wedding gown accompanied by a vintage veil which belonged to her mother and her grandmother. It was so special to see three generations sharing this beautiful piece on her wedding day. The food was a masterpiece put assembled by the talented and well known Nic Stanford.
Kerry is such a warm and friendly person; you could immediately see her love for children.
Weddings are like the greatest of dreams – with happy memories to last forever.
